This paper analyses the feasibility and potential future of Iran’s satellite development project using Graph Model for Conflict Resolution (GMCR). United Nations Security Council (UNSC), The USA Iranian government were selected as three main decision makers. list rank-based preferences was generated each maker based on their priorities arguments during various negotiations carried out throughout history this conflict. software called NUAAGMCR used to find equilibrium solution conflict in four-basic stability (Nash, GMR, SMR, SEQ). Several states feasible outcome. solutions purely mathematical choices given considering party’s desires from negotiations.
